However, if you need to return an item that is damaged, defective, or does not meet your expectations please contact us at returns@rooware.com. You must notify Rooware before returning. Merchandise in its original unused condition may be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges).

Additionally, please be aware that all shipping costs to return the product are at the purchaser's expense.
